And one important thing: don’t go sending any application documents directly to MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) in Japan. They won’t be able to handle them that way.

Recommendation Letter from the president/dean or the academic advisor at the current or last university attended. (1 original).
Past paper for research Students.
Attested copy of degree (hope certificate) and transcripts from the last universities attended.
Attested copy of certification of graduation or degree certificate of university attended. (1 with original attestation)
Abstract of theses (if applicable) (1 original)

Scholarship will cover:
The amounts listed below shall be paid depending on the course enrolled in for the 2024 MEXT scholarship for Pakistani students studying in Japan. Due to the situation of the Japanese Government’s budget, the amount of payment may be subject to change each fiscal year.
Students receiving the preparatory education and non-regular students: 143,000 yen per month
Regular students enrolled in master’s or professional degree courses: 144,000 yen per month
Regular students enrolled in doctoral courses: 145,000 yen per month.
Education fees for the entrance and tuition at universities will be paid by MEXT.
Traveling Expenses will be Covered.
